HF offers wind up systems for a wide range of applications.Wind up systems are a critical part of the extrusion line since the products need
to be wound up with highest accuracy, avoiding stretches and considering other
critical parameters. Because of our expertise in the field of tire building we
know very well the requirements and challenges for wind up systems.
Our wind-up systems can be integrated together with material handling systems
reducing operator workload. They can vary from the simple type where an operator
feeds material to the wind-ups to an automated system where the operator has
no contact with the system.
We are able to provide wind ups as part of our new turn-key extrusion lines
or to re-fit existing extrusion lines.
