HF offers turn-key extrusion lines for treads, sidewalls, innerliner and other components.Our lines cover all passenger/light truck as well as truck components.
Turn-key describes the process from engineering of all mechanical and electrical components
up to successful start up and line acceptance.
The Extrusion lines contain our co-extrusion systems, feeding devices, conveying and
water spraying, submerge or air-cooling systems as well as cutter and wind up systems.
Various quality measuring devices are implemented in our lines to ensure meeting your tolerances.
Based on our broad experiences we are supply customized control systems.
All our extrusion equipment is
engineered in Hamburg (Germany) and
the core extrusion components are
manufactured in our headquarters
in Germany.
US turn-key projects start with
US sales efforts and later on
with local project management.
The engineering and manufacturing
of our equipment is done in
Hamburg, Belisce (Croatia)
and other partners.
