Tire Curing Presses
In HF Rubber Machinery's (HFRM) continued effort to provide qualitysupport to our valued customers with their equipment needs, we have
added a Curing Press Rebuild Division to our plant in Topeka, Kansas.
Our qualifications and ability to provide a wide range of equipment
set us apart!
HFRM is ISO 9000-2001 certified.
We have complete manufacturing and assembly capabilities includingEngineering, Purchasing, Sales and Engineering Field Services (EFS)
divisions. Our divisions also provide project engineering support,
software and controls assistance and complete turn-key systems.
HFRM can provide all of these services in your
plant or at our facility in Topeka, Kansas.
HFRM's standard rebuild procedure and detailed specifications are
extensive and exceed general industry standards. Our procedure
includes disassembly, cleaning and thorough inspection of the
equipment.
During the rebuild process all bushing bores, shafts and press
structure are inspected for cracking and fatigue.
The data obtained from inspecting the press is passed on to
our customer for review and discussion. During any phase of
the inspection or rebuild process our customers are welcomed
to visit our facility to view our progress. Once the press is
reassembled our customers are again invited to our plant to
view the press in motion and request modifications if
necessary before the completed press is shipped back
to the customers facility.
