HF is known as the supplier of unistage - turn-key tire machines. However we have a proven track-recordas a successful co-operation partner in joint developments, meaning that we integrate components of our
customer or third party supplies, to a fully automated customized tire machine.
The integration is done in our headquarters in Hamburg (Germany).
We offer certain machine components as stand alone units, if the customer decides to do the
integration and machine completion themselves. Such components or modules may be: Belt server,
JLB server, Carcass server, Cut tread or Reel tread server and/or stand alone Pre-assembly machines.

Automatic Belt Server
Automatic Belt Server with customized let-off station(s)
Accurate centering and length
measurement are preconditions
for quality tires.
This is realized by material
centering with CCD
camera and very quick length
measurement with a
fibre optic.
JLB Server
The let-off has a high storage capacity. Therefore the material
can be applied with a speed of
280m/min.
The design enables low constant
tension during application.
The winding patterns are
free programmable.
Automatic Reel Tread
The Reel Tread cutter has different programmable cutting
areas to realize a good cutting
surface and finally an
automatic tread splice.
The application head has
different adjustments for
tread thickness, width and
tread wings. This guarantees
a safe, correct guiding during
application. This is one key point
to close the splice automatically.
