PLT 3-23plus
Single stage TBM with modulardesign. This enables customized
machine configuration.
This machine can produce HP/UHP-tires from 15in to 24in.
The Passenger Light Truck3 machine is the HF answer of today’s market demands for a significant increase of
different tire variants. This typically means small production tickets and manufacturing requirements for
run flat, high performance and light truck tires with increasing demand for larger rim diameters.
Our new three drum machine is able to produce 23/24 inch passenger- light truck tires with a green
tire diameter of up to 850mm and a tread length of 2800mm.
The main features are similar to the PCR/LTR with dimensional differences and the fact
that the transfer system is operating on the floor. (The unistage tire machine comes with an automatic
green tire unloading system.)
During 2004, the first machines were put into operation. The cycle time is about one minute for a 255/35 R 21.
