PCR/LTR 1+2

A single stage machine to produce
12in to 20in HP/UHP tires with
an output from 800 to 1400
tires/day dependant on tire size
and construction.

Key for tire quality is the servo
driven pushing device which
guarantees the synchronous material
turn up.

Our unistage tire machine has developed with today's global
market demands.
This tire system has been sold more than 230 times worldwide
and today it is a well proven, reliable system to produce
passenger and light truck tires.

Today’s consumers demand low profile, height performance and
light truck tires. The complexity and requirements of tire
products is leading into small production tickets,
high quality standards and cost pressure.

Our machine has been designed to address all of
these considerations:

• Modular machine components and layout
  The first and second stage is connected by a transfer ring.
  The TR is equipped with an integrated stitcher, bead setter
  and push platens for the turn up. Depending on the production
  requirements the machine can be supplied with one or two BP server,
  cut- or reel tread server, external or integrated pre
  assembly material and JLB or Cap ply.
  Further components are available as well.
  Depending on the available plant space the
  machine can be arranged in different ways.



• Production range Based on today’s market demands we are offering a
  unistage machine up to 22inch, depending on the green tire OD.
  The machine is able to produce TOS or SOT tires and is operated
  by one person. (picture of 24inch tire) Today we are at the
  point that the operator and machine are one production system.
  This is because of various features enabling the operator to
  run the machine and getting automated assistance when trouble shooting.

• Performance To produce a light truck tire in less than one minute is very competitive.
  This leads into output values of more than 500 tires/shift.
  Besides the cycle time HF is focusing on improving machine
  availibity and maintenance downtime. To improve machine
  availability we are offering solutions for dimension and
  material changes.



• Quality The quality of the tire is influenced by numerous factors.
  To name only a few we have different systems for tread
  guiding and application, an improved belt server optimizing
  the critical belt cut and a system monitoring the placement
  and distribution of all splices. Material guiding with CCD cameras,
  individual sectional splicing and a tension controlled
  JLB application are other features we are able to offer.
