Frame Type Curing Press
In 1972, we were the first company to introducehydraulic tire curing presses to the market.
Since then, this design has proved to be very
successfully with customers around the world.
Today, the product is experiencing a renaissance,
as a machine to replace mechanical curing presses
for passenger tires.
This means the machine can be installed on the
same footprint as a mechanical curing press.
The press is available as a 45, 48, 52, 64,
85 and 100 inch machine.

The main machine highlights are:
- Hydraulic press with independent cavities
In today’s tire industry the global quality standards
are extremely high, leading automatically to a hydraulic
press instead of a mechanical press. When deciding for a
hydraulic press, you might as well consider running both
cure cavities independent. For factories producing a
diversity of small tire tickets it is essential to
have a curing press with independent cavities.
This enables the customer to produce two different
tires, with different cure cycles in one machine. - Machine width
The width of the machine is the smallest in the industry,
comparing presses with independent cavities.
This is very important to utilize available trench space
or replace mechanical curing presses.
- No pit design
Since 2004 we are also offering a center mechanism
which eliminates the need for a pit underneath the press. - Performance values
Our mechanical design and control system is offering
excellent dry cycle times, machine up times and alignment values. - Cavity locking and mold adjustment
As a standard we are offering an adjustable daylight opening.
Our frame press is featuring a central guiding rod, a bayonet
locking system and a motorized mold adjustment.
The centering of the mold is done with flexible guiding of the press.
As a new feature we are offering the patented locking plates,
supplied more than 1000 times with our column type press.
we are able to customize the machine for example in regard of closing force, daylight opening,
controls, centre mechanism, loader and unloader.
