Column Type Curing Press
Developed in 1997/98, the column type press isthe flagship of our curing press line.
The goal of the design was to be able to offer
a competitive price, while reducing the total
cost of ownership, without sacrificing any performance features.
By the beginning of 2004 we have sold already more than
350 machines, worldwide. The hydraulic press is available
as a 46 and 52inch machine.

All presses are manufactured to the highest standards in our wholy-owned HF Belisce factory, in Croatia.
The main factors of success are:
- Hydraulic press with independent cavities
In today’s tire industry the global quality standards are extremely high,
leading automatically to a hydraulic press instead of a mechanical press.
When deciding for a hydraulic press, you might as well consider running
both cure cavities independent. For factories producing a diversity of
small tire tickets it is essential to have a curing press with independent cavities.
This enables the customer to produce two different tires, with different cure cycles in one machine. - Low machine height
The machine offers the most competitive machine height within the industry.
- No pit design
Since 2004 we are also offering a center mechanism which eliminates the need for a pit underneath the press.
- Performance values
Our mechanical design and control system is offering excellent dry cycle times, machine up times and alignment values. - Reliability and maintenance
System design offers very good excess to all hydraulic components,
keeping the cylinders away from heat relevant areas.
The squeeze and patented looking mechanism has performed an infinitive life cycle test.
Recommended spare parts are very little since most parts are commercial
standard components, keeping the spare part costs of our customers very low.
we are able to customize the machine for example in regard of closing force, daylight opening,
controls, centre mechanism, loader and unloader.
All machines are supplied CE compliant.
