Pin Type Extruder
KGS 200 HF offers cold feed extruders ("KGS") formany different applications. The key feature is
our state of the art screw designs optimized to
work with very different compound characteristics.
We offer high output, homogeneity and
combination screws.
Based on both theoretical and practical experience,
we are able to supply the optimal screw
for your application.
Based on praxis data, the output of a
HF extruder screw is significant higher
compared to other extruders.
Single extruders can be supplied with simple
mechanical heads, with a C-clamp system or
hydraulic locking system.
The extruders are available in following sizes and with diffent features;
- 60mm(2½"), 90mm(3½"), 120mm(5"),
150mm(6"), 200mm(8") and 250mm(10") sizes. - The L/D dimensions are 12-20.
- The motor can be supplied as either
AC or DC and can be mounted in various
configurations. - The water cooled feed roll has
a special design to prevent rubber
leakage in the lateral directions.
The feed roll can be opened manually
or hydraulically. For optimized feeding,
the extruder inlet barrel has an
exchangeable hardened liner with
spiral undercut.
