Executive VP Paul White and Sales Manger Pete Glasser attended the Quebec Rubber Group 2008 Spring
Technical Meeting at Sherbrooke Quebec and presented the topics of Mixer System Preventative Maintenance
and Reducing the Risk of Failure.
Sales Manager Bob McNabb gave a presentation at the TPE-Thermo Plastic Elastomers-
Conference in Akron Ohio. The topic was "Compounding and Processing of TPE and TPV
materials in an Internal Mixer." For more information on this presentation please

Executive Vice President
Paul White, former Manager of the Engineering Field Service Department of HF
Rubber Machinery, Inc. has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Topeka
Operations. White was hired by the Founder of the Kansas company, Leonard
Smith in 1982 in Topeka. He had worked in the engineering department for 10
years before he managed the EFS (Engineering Field Service) department, which he has
grown exponentially during his tenure as manager.
White brings to the Executive Vice President position years of practical
experience in the field. With his background in Engineering, Sales
and EFS, as well as running experience with all staff members at the
Topeka facility, he is uniquely qualified to lead the Topeka-based
operations into the future.
